TLC provides a solid, coherent foundation for later learning in Kindergarten and beyond. All TLC facilities are licensed by the state and are inspected regularly to ensure they meet health and safety requirements.

TLC offers quality programs for children ages six weeks to twelve years at four campuses in Tracy, CA. and has been chosen Best of the Best Preschool/Childcare Center in Tracy for the last eight years.

Children are accepted year round.TLC also has a full summer camp program!
